As our products were removed from Amazon
and to deal with it we provide the SDS sheets
along with that we gave the Ingredient List to

3. Supply Chain
At the start, everything was going well but when
our sales were increased after targeting the
products on di erent platforms, our sale was
increased and we face an issue in the supply chain
and products were going out of stock. So to
overcome this issue we do hire the 3PL and

every shipment and to cover those units I run the
Reimbursement report and saw that a huge

Did research in the market and made the proper plan on it to
compete with Competitors. Set the Goals as per competitors
that were ahead of us and I pick competitors one after one to

After doing the work on Amazon PPC, and Outsourcing I got the sales
as follows. 48% Through PPC, 30% Organically, and 22% from other
platforms.

high than others. I started PPC from
Sponsored Ads and utilized all of its
targetings. Initially, I run the generic
keywords and targeted the product’s
ASINs, and our brand awareness was
increased I targeted the Branded keywords

Future Plan
We started the work on this Account from scratch and now we are
getting 200+ Units per day.
