The Problem

We had a legal issue as the products are in Beauty Category. Fake Negative reviews, Problems in formulas of products. Supply Chain issue. Removal of Listings, Temporarily Listings Blocked. Inventory Lost from Courier and Lost from Amazon Warehouse.

Solution Process

Here is the process of how we get rid of the issues that we faced during the work and make the di cult work very easy and achieve our daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals to Grow the account.

1. Legal Issues

We created the GMP Good Manufacturing Practices certi cate to save ourselves from legal issues as Products fall in the beauty category and this certi cate can save you from many legal issues. We Also Created the COA Certi cate of Analysis.

2. Formulas

As our products were removed from Amazon and to deal with it we provide the SDS sheets along with that we gave the Ingredient List to get the listings back online.

3. Supply Chain

At the start, everything was going well but when our sales were increased after targeting the products on di erent platforms, our sale was increased and we face an issue in the supply chain and products were going out of stock. So to overcome this issue we do hire the 3PL and manage the inventory by following the

I noticed one thing during the work that is due to some reason our few units were misplaced from every shipment and to cover those units I run the Reimbursement report and saw that a huge amount was due on Amazon’s side so I created the cases by following the report and bring units back in stock that Amazon found and get the amount for those units which Amazon was unable to

We run di erent strategies on and o Amazon to bring Results. Did research in the market and made the proper plan on it to compete with Competitors. Set the Goals as per competitors that were ahead of us and I pick competitors one after one to compete with them and did strategies after checking what our competitors are doing to go one step ahead

After doing the work on Amazon PPC, and Outsourcing I got the sales as follows. 48% Through PPC, 30% Organically, and 22% from other platforms.

Through PPC I get the 48% of sales which is high than others. I started PPC from Sponsored Ads and utilized all of its targetings. Initially, I run the generic keywords and targeted the product’s ASINs, and our brand awareness was increased I targeted the Branded keywords and did brand defencing and endorsing. As outsourcing helps a lot to sellers and increases brand awareness so we used some platforms for that. We do run the FB ads by using Amazon’s tool Attribution which helps us to Track the Tra c and Orders. We also used Insta Inuencers for the awareness of the brand. Google ads helped a lot to outsource the tra c and helped to get the 22% share from o side of Amazon

Future Plan

We started the work on this Account from scratch and now we are getting 200+ Units per day. Our next plan is to get 500+ units per day. I’ll use all 12 types of Videos on that. Will link the account in the DSP Demond Side Platform to advertise the products on and o Amazon.
